This assignment i have to do artwork about, Penang, I choose to do Festival n Cultural & Heritage, why because both got less voted in my survey. I wa

nt to make them get interest toward this two issues . The first, artwork i'm doing Dragon boat which is festival in Penang that has become a big event been held annually. Today these r

aces has become and international sport. Second artwork i'm going to do Puppet Mitress, where I will make a poster about it.

Artist Statement 1:

The Dragon Boat has become one of the festival in Penang, which been held annually. The poster will show Excitement toward the race. I use the dragon boat as the base on the poster, with typography bold on the Dragon Boat, yellow color show the Fun side in the races, and Penang in red show the Important and the one place that dragon boat being held annually there.

e struggling to keep alive in Penang. So this the chance for me to make the poster to get the audience attention about the rarely cultural. I choose warm color, pink brown to show the Courage even it is fading it still stay strong in the society.
